"I was planning a trip to NYC for my birthday. From my previous travels,I’ve experienced hotels in the past that hide fees.I called the hotel to get some information; they were so professional and warm from the very first moment that I bought my package right away. We checked in at 1AM and didn't pay a single extra cent. Everyone from the front deskstaff and security to the housekeeping team was incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel smelled wonderful, and our room smelled like home!!...

"Some years ago we had the fortune to stay here and we had a great and pleasant time. My family and I were excited to go back and a spend a weekend this time.
