"There was a good customer service from the staff. I truly appreciated the offer the service of holding our bags before check-in and after check-in so that we can go ahead and roam around if you are hoping for an early check-in, I don’t think this is the place because they get booked quite often and pretty full capacity also, the room was standard. It was quite small but overall it was a good experience. The room can be a little bit loud on the second floor because of the street nearby"

"I was a solo traveller and this was the perfect boutique hotel. The hotel was close to everything in the west village and a few steps from the subway.
