"L'hotel è molto recente e la manutenzione è ottima. Molto carini e disponibili gli impiegati alla reception e gli addetti alla colazione. Abbastanza varia la colazione, ottima la qualità e si può gustare una vera colazione inglese. Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Cheltenham Spa. Pulizia delle camere insufficiente (in 5 giorni è stato rifatto solo il letto, nessun altra pulizia)"

"We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail."

"Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre."

"I put a clear notice on door to say I was on nights and I was sleeping. At 1230h a loud banging on door woke me. I was asked if I needed my room servicing!!! Why was I woken to be asked that!!! The tv and microwave didn’t work, and the room carpet was wet by the door., ?why. Shared toilet/shower very inconvenient. Door handle falling off. The whole place seemed badly maintained"
