"3日宿泊する予定で予約。2日目の朝に「政府の炭素税（？）の規制に引っかかったので本館に移動してほしい」と言われ、ホテルの客全員ではなかったので抗議したが、泣く泣く荷物をまとめてチェックアウト。 当日は観光予定があったため、スーツケースは夜まで置かせてもらった。夜に荷物を取りに行くと、夜のスタッフに事情が伝わっていなかったらしく、再度自分から説明をしなければならなかった。タクシーで行くように言われたが、ホテル事由であることを主張し車を手配してもらい（当然ですが）、車で送ってもらった。 車で送ってもらった先は本館はジンホワホテルよりグレードは高かったので結果オーライではあったが、ホテル事由の移動であるのに謝罪の言葉もなく最悪な気分であった。同系列のホテルは二度と利用しない。 一日泊まった感想は以下の通り。 ・バストイレと部屋の仕切りが無いため、シャワーや排せつ音がダイレクトに伝わってしまう ・シャワー室の防水が甘いため、水が漏れてシャワー後に床が濡れてしまう ・全体的にくすんでいて清潔感があまりない ・ベッドの寝心地は良い"

"Fairly new, beautiful hotel in a central location, however, quiet at night. Large, clean room. Excellent staff. Will stay again"

"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. I had to call the number yhey provided and a man came to find me and lead me there. It's cliae to big Zhongshan street, but not right on it, and office is up on 6th...

"I booked a luxury room and the room and the washroom was very out dated and every thing was very dirty. I regret booking this hotel !"
