I booked an all inclusive package. The guy at the reception didn't offer anything. As part of all inclusive & VIP package, the customer is entitled to Packaged Drinking Water & Food. The rooms are as terrible as they can get. No soap/brush kit provided, Shower doesn't work. Very bad and ugly/dirty ...
