Cari Penginapan di Chepstow

"Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok."

"A lovely hotel at the heart of Wye valley. Barry and Suzy were lovely host with their greetings and service. Delicious breakfast. Clean room. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to explore Chepstow and the historic Tintern Abbey."

"A little bit difficult to get there but worth the trip. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well stocked with breakfast foods. Very close and easy access to Wales and Eye Valley."

"Ideal for Chepstow racecourse. Not much else about the area without walking or taxis. On checki the weirdest thing happened they wouldn’t take payment and told me was a,ready paid for. Rooms we had were small but the bed was comfy. Rooms ok some could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast is ok I’m fussy about food so didn’t eat a lot just toast and coffee but the others in my party had the full English not so sure about paying extra for an extra sausage etc. hotel was very noisy on the Saturday...

"Wonderful accommodations in a most beautiful part of our world. The building is very old and this is not perfect. For us it was perfect. An excellent breakfast each morning and dinner and pints in the evening. Plenty to see nearby. We look forward to visiting again."

"Really nice property in quiet location. Food was great"

"Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room"

"Obvious it’s a place that caters for wedding parties at the weekend and at this time of year no one else. Rooms are a little tired, radiator in bedroom didn’t work at any point. Lack of hooks/chest of drawers in room very frustrating especially when the wardrobe is full of spare pillows/duvets/fans/trouser press/ironing board and iron. Good amenities but no storage space. Hooks in room and bathroom would be great addition. Breakfast not worth £18 each"

"Our room was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic, with very nice bacon and eggs. Staff very friendly."

"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

"Our stay was excellent and would reccomend this to anyone in this area"

"thank you"

"Great location. Great staff. Breakfast selection good, but finishes too early for staying on holiday, so missed some breakfasts. Some issues with bathroom: towel rail/radiator not working, extraction fan not working & strong smell of drains."

"Very spacious and clean room and great location"

"It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! The other thing that...

"Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff...

"kitchen closed at 6pm and no breakfast available despite having paid for it so i got a refund and didn't check in."
