The hotel rooms are very clean, The fact that they provide a covered parking area is great, as I was there on a bike trip. The outdoor pool was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Great spot! Very affordable with a good breakfast included and a Mexican restaurant downstairs. Plus, it's pretty close to Asheville.

El 'Servicio al Cliente' fue lo mejor durante mi estadía en este hotel. Necesitan contratar "Urgentemente" mas personal para la limpieza de los cuartos del hotel.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Mexican Restaurant on the premises so no need to leave. Great atmosphere and also had Complimentary breakfast.

The rooms have definitely been updated. The staff was great! If you don't mind the dark hallway (& dark paint) you will be happy you stayed here.

Property is worn and dated, a remodel is sorely needed. However, excellent staff made up for the property’s shortfalls. Breakfast is the usual institutional fare served by everybody else. But again, the staff put their own unique talents to work and improved the flavor, especially the turkey patties which appeared to be fried in some sort of grease. Definitely an improvement over other chains.

Room was noice. Clean shower. Nice breakfast. Quit for being on the main road. Close to everything. They needed more luggage carts and the elevator was very slow.

Property was well cleaned and staff was very supportive. Breakfast was good. Some area of improvement is Lift which is very old and close early. Also it will be good if items have name listed for breakfast so it will be easy for vegetarian to select. I will definitely plan to stay again if plan to go Maggie valley next time.

The lobby was the best part of the hotel. The hallways were so hot. No A/C running in the halls. The breakfast was in the attached Mexican restaurant. It was ok. No soap in the women's room near the lobby. The room was clean and had working AC. The downstairs/lobby and hallway area needed a fresh coat of paint.

The hotel has been renovated since our last visit. It has premium hardware in the bathroom, and The shower is roomy with nice features and hygiene products. The daily breakfast was good and the attendants were nice and helpful. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. A new traffic circle is under construction, but not an issue for the Hotel. The onsite restaurant is very good and convenient.

At Waynesville/Dellsboro entrance to Maggie Valley so lowest Big rooms. Elevator and luggage carts a problem. No real view. Surprisingly good Mexican restaurant atttached to lovby( I’m not normally a fan). Soundproofing ok but dog friendly, so occasional barking dogs. Maid service every three days

Top cover on bed didn't appear to be very clean bathroom wasn't up to my standards of clean, towels were stained shower rod bent so shower curtain would not stay closed. Overall wasn't the best and certainly not the worst.
