Tried to check in at two but was told to give them more time. There were a total of less than 10 cars for the entire hotel that night. So, they did not need more time because they were busy. Got into the room and there were dustballs in every corner. The sink did not drain properly. We had to go to the office to get sheets for the pullout sofa because there were six of us staying.
The worst part was breakfast. When we went down for breakfast there were no forks or spoons so me and my granddaughters fixed and ate waffles with our fingers. We were in the lobby eating for about 20 minutes and never saw an employee. An older couple walked in and I was informing them that there were no utensils when Kaitlyn appeared from behind the curtain and very rudely told me that I should have gone to the counter and told her but she never came out before. There is a loud bell that rings when the door is open and she never came out. The coffee was terrible.
When checking out I asked her name so that I could let her manager know she stopped me from talking and told us to leave or she would call the police. We left and were going to our car when she came out the back on the phone with someone asking if they wanted to talk to us. I have never been treated to rudely at a hotel before.
Hands down the worst place I have ever stayed and I will let anyone that asks me not to ever stay there!
