Made a reservation well in advance, but when we arrived at 3 PM I was told that the handicapped accessible room was all that was left. even though there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot. Total redecoration in the main lobby was underway (no mention of this by Expedia), no breakfast served. I booked a room with this property for 1 night, the next day before check out I called the front desk and advised I would stay another night. After some discussion I realized I had to go thru Expedia again to get a lower rate, which I did. Unknown to me the employee at the front desk CANCELED my reservation and did not advised me of this. Later that day while I was in the room, this employee showed up at my door with the "manager" and advised me my resv. had been cancelled. After a lenghty discussion as to why???? I have yet to understand why I was cancelled. Ive stayed at the property many times in the last 6 months. Also, the employee said she had called my room twice to advise. If she did I never heard it. In fact when I had called the desk earlier, and told her I would just get a reservation via Expedia, she stated she would have to talk to the "manager" and see if that was "ok". She put me on hold for 20 mins and never came back on to advise me , at any time. Also as previously mentioned when the manager and employee came to my room door, she had told the manager I had come to front desk to drop my 2 room key cards off. I did not. I showed the manager the 2 keys which were in my pocket. Lastly, the employee handed me a typed letter which said the room had been cancelled, a cancellation # (which Expedia CS could not find in the system), and the letter ERRONEOUSLY stated I had cancelled the room. I DID NOT!

This hotel was not what was advertised at all!!! I was so disappointed and will never use Expedia again. This is the third time I have been screwed on a room. I have all the pictures to show exactly what this hotel actually looked like.
This is after our towels fell in the toilet during the night

This is not as pictured. The property is very dated and very rough. Pillows and beds were not comfortable and didn’t feel clean. The whole property is in bad need of a renovation. Bathroom is too small and shower head had mildew on it.

I didn't stay. Room was not what I booked, no microwave or refrigerator. Balcony view of the river was a small porch over looking a small pool. Room had a very strong smell that burned my throat when I walked in. Was told refund had to be given through Expedia since I booked 3rd party. Yes I understand this is a 2 star hotel, but I stay in 2 and 3 star hotel's all the time and they are excellent.

The room was so outdated and stained on the furniture and the carpet. The bed , well mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The cherry on top was being woke up by the smell of weed coming in from somewhere. We packed up as fast as we could, the smell was nauseating.

Room was not fit to rent. Toilet did not work, no curtains only blinds that let light in, strange stain on chair and bathroom had some kind of debris splashed on wall. Looks like this room was neglected.

When .my wife an I arrived for our anniversary getaway at the hotel to check in. The process was ok. But when we got to our room the key wouldn't work. We had went back to the front desk. To get it taken care of. They reprogrammed the key for the second time out of four times total. At this point they sent maintenance man to open the door because none of the keys they tried would work. The maintenance man had informed us there was nothing else they could do until the next morning when he would come back and change the locks to fix the door .What really is an inconvenience got even worse. When We were told they couldn't move us to another room. We had already been dealing with this before being able to get in the room for atleast 1 and a half hours. Also ever time we had to enter our room we had to get the person who was at the front desk tocome open the door. Witch took so long that i had to use the bathroom. And got embarrassed on my anniversary because I had to wait for help to get in my room. Resulting in having to take a shower and get redresssed so my wife and I could proceed with our plans for the evening. P.s. > the door was never fixed during our stay. This was supposed to be a special weekend for me and my wife. It felt more like being babby sat waiting for someone to come let us in to our room at their convenience.

The room did not look anything like the pictures. Very old and out dated, shower did not work properly, parts of the wall were rotting and bulging out. The pictures for the inside of the room do not even look like the same place at all. Biggest problem was the smell of the room, musty and moldy. Will not be staying here again. Positive is nothing for broken into.

Only balcony view is great, but heater dont work, everything is old, nobody in the front desk more than hour waiting for check in is literally ALONE nobody in front desk in tree times diferent never come back there
