"Microwave broke the first night, with food in it. Girl at the front desk was awesome, but no other microwave was available. Not so much a big deal. Was there for a softball tournament but the pool was closed so no cooling off for her after games. It’s July seriously why is the pool closed? Another guest commented it hasn’t been open in a while. Also trash left all outside room doors, guests do what they do but seriously it looks trashy. I asked the guy at front desk if there was a dumpster I...

During check in-the front desk said they won’t have a 1st floor room until August. Its July. He was explaining to me there are only 3 first floor rooms? Couldn’t understand- but truly disappointed.
