Comfy beds, clean bathroom, and a great espresso machine in the rooms with local coffee pods. We had dinner at their restaurant - amazing food and service. Incredible unique menu using local food and produce with an amazing ambience. You can not find this at a Hilton nor a Marriot. Could not recommend The Waterloo Hotel more. Not to...

"Room was modern & had everything we needed. Quiet location away from town but not too far. Bed was too hard for my liking but husband loved it. $300 for the night was a bit expensive but seems to be on par with prices charged for this location. "

"Excellent location. The rooms are no longer odd colour schemes like seen in the photos and are much more modern appearing- presumably renovated reasonably recently. Free penguin tour in the evenings was lovely bonus, obviously depends on time of year if you see any- don't be one of the obnoxious tourists walking beyond the barrier though as the penguins won't come then anyway.
