"Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything.."

"I was only here for one night and truly wished I spent my entire stay at the Clerk & Well. What a home-away-from-home! So cozy, quaint, spacious, and spotless! "We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected.
