"Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10"

"We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car. The rooms were clean, tidy and had tea and coffee making facilities and The En Suite bathroom was well equipped and a decent size with plenty of room in the shower.The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise outside so a good nights sleep is assured. "You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its...

"Lovely stay all round.friendly welcoming hosts in a beautiful farm setting tucked away in a pretty village. Stunning views of mountains all around. Room was larger than average with calming decor.very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a good selection.we chose a full english which was very tasty. Would def recommend this stay."

"The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. "This is a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely return. However, I did find the bed in the room we were in to be a little firm for my liking, but that is personal taste The breakfast, from the fresh fruits to the fantastic poached eggs and bacon etc was amazing. The owner really works hard and deserves all the praise offered."
