"Very industrial. Pipes showing everywhere. Small; concrete floors; no television; not a real nice area, but not too bad either. It’s not worth paying a lot for. I like having people around that greet you, say hello, etc.
Room/“kitchen” was clean; big shower/bathroom."

"BEWARE: You could be stranded after midnight outside the building - with no front desk manager to check in. No access to your room. No one to let you into the building. Fortunately, another guest let me into the lobby where I waited more than 30 minutes texting Sosuite for help. Finally a guy strolled into the lobby and located my key in a drawer, no apology or explanation. I'm not the only one. "The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block.
Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...

"The property is extremely nicely kept and in a wonderful central location. Well equipped kitchen facilities. All in all, a positive experience.
Drawbacks:
1. No parking available on site. I had to park my car half a mile away overnight ($25 charge).
2. Small dining area. For my party of 6, there were only 2 bar stools. The rest of us ate on the sofa and chairs in the living room.
3. Small double beds in the two bedrooms. (For me, who am over 6', this was a problem.)
