"I'm going to list both good and bad things separately. Here are the good things: 1. The room was pretty clean. 2. we had enough towels and the other accessories. 3. HVAC system was pretty good. Here are the bad things: 2. Only one elevator for the entire hotel and there was a long wait every time we needed the elevator. 2. Few of the food items were out at breakfast and it took a while to get those filled up. 3. We brought an aluminum foil tray full of chicken rice with us, which we put at the top in that small refrigerator. Next day we noticed that the whole tray of rice was completely frozen. It was extremely inconvenient. I found the temperature was set at the 'Maximum' (coldest) prior to our stay. I had absolutely no idea that this tiny refrigerator can freeze a whole tray of rice (approximately 7-8 plates) like that. 4. The bath tub has a faulty design, which causes some water always stay right in the middle. So overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay. I'm not one of those people that always complain. I just mentioned what exactly I have experienced."

"After driving all night, we arrived at the hotel very early. The room wasn't supposed to be ready until four o'clock. After waiting an hour in the lobby; which smelled wonderful, we asked about the room, five minutes to four, we were told we had to wait until four o'clock sharp. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It isn't worth paying extra for the partial bay view, it is so distant that you can't see anything unless you lean right up against the window."

"Let me begin by saying that Holiday Inn is one of my favorite places to stay and I know that I will definitely stay again. Staff is always friendly, polite, and professional Beds & pillow! always a superior nights sleep!! Breakfast is always great too I will admit that I am hyper-aware of my surrounding and with that being said, the property could use some upgrades or just cosmetic work. shower head was out of the wall--the wall mount needs to be remounted. obvious stains on the couch (a fabric cleaning machine from olly's will work wonders and its affordable)--I used a towel to cover the office chair, it was visibly dirty. The fridge needs to be replaced--once the parts are cracked and you can see the inner workings of the fridge, its time to replace it. There was hair everywhere, I am aware that hair flies, but try the sticky things, they pick up a lot of hair and flying debris"
