Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place! "The pull out bed had blood on it. Absolutely gross didnt realise till it was midnight and had to he up at 5am. So gross. Also booked a suite with 2 beds and a pull out bed and got 1 bed and a pull out bed. Not what i ordered.Pool was nice and warm."

"Housekeeping didn't clean room. Someone came up later and threw some towels and coffee next to the stuff they were supposed to clean up. There is only one dresser drawer so enjoy jamming everything in because all the male and fermale stuff in one drawer is pretty awesome...NOT There was nothing to order room service with.
