Hotel murah di Cheyenne

"This is a very nice lodge-like hotel. They have 2 floors but no elevator. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Air conditioning is great! This hotel is well-insulated and very quiet, and the staff are friendly. They do have a great breakfast but I didn't take advantage of that this time since I needed to push on to my destination. Great spot to stay, I just wish there were more stores and restaurants located nearby. The truck stop across the road is your option unless you do some driving."

"This hotel was practically vacant. Rooms need some TLC - lightbulbs missing, ceiling needed patching, hole in bathroom door, microwave and coffee maker didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable! "

"The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. We got the key to our room but housekeeping was still cleaning it, so not ready. We stayed 2 nights but they never replenished our towels or emptied the trash. There was mold in our shower. Could use a paint job. There was no sausage in the gravy for biscuits and gravy."

"When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund."

"Had to wait 15 min to check in/ lady was in shower, then when she came to desk with granddaughter she was on phone with her Dtr continuing to talk to her as she was trying to check us in. Room smelled of dirty carpet. Went to go to office area for the advertised breakfast the door was locked. They only served coffee & granola bars anyway so we just left. Would not stay there again!"

"We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

"We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted expedia and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered"
