Hotel Murah di Chez Bornens

"Sehr nettes Personal. Trotz zu früher Anreise, sofort alles in die Wege geleitet, dass wir früher unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit leiser Musik und Blick aud die Rhone sehr sehr angenehm"

"Très bien, appartement spacieux"

"The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

"Clean room nice atmosphere and close to shopping centre and the lake"

"The Chateau and the property's grounds are beautiful. The location and views were gorgeous and relaxing. One challenge was our laye arrival. We received a message through the Expedia platform about how to enter the establishment after 10 pm. Unfortunately, we were driving and didn't see the alert email come in. Expedia has our cellphone in our account, but they opted not to message us as I didn't have that setup as a default notification tool. Nonetheless, Expedia should do better because it...

"Very small but great room. Loved the free coffee and crescents"

"Close to the airport, and also close to the tram lines. Made it very convenient also grocery store house. Everything was squeaky clean and in brand new condition. My only complaint, was the huge beautiful TV was connected to nothing. No local TV no apps no nothing. Even so, I give it a five stars."

"Easy to check in and out and good communication. Breakfast was ok but basic."

"The staff could not be more helpful. We forgot to pack out travel plugs so they lent us 3! They also advised the best places to view the Retour Des Alpages (festival to celebrate the animals such as cows and sheep coming down from the mountains). All staff were super polite and friendly. We had a lovely stay with the hotel well placed for both old and new town and of course the beautiful Lac D’Annecy. Very much recommend"

"Conveniently located for public transit to anywhere Clean and spacious rooms. Good clean bathrooms"

"Tolles, großes und sauberes Zimmer. Auch das Badezimmer machte einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht."

"Location is perfect, within steps from Old Town. Room interior is brand new but a bit small, especially the bathroom."

"Todo es perfecto me encantó 10/10"
