部屋は広く、清潔、静かで快適。

部屋は広く快適。清潔で、高層階は静か。 設備が古かったです。 最大の問題は、チェックイン後に、部屋の準備が始まり、２０分待ちました。 小さい問題は、アメニティー無し、シャンプーと石鹸有り。 水量と温度はよかったですが、蛇口がぐらぐら。 鍵が開けにくかった。 掃除料金は別途必要なので、ポリシーの確認必須。

The property has an age of over 20 years and the lobby plaza is deserted. The pool is the only positive thing which is in very good condition, but just the pool itself not even the area around it. There is a mini mart which have a limited supply and closed at 9pm. It charge you 200 baht from the airport and if you ride the old city it is about 30 baht. Regarding the rooms, it seems most rooms at 14 floor are for leading daily, since it is a condo each of the room are based on the design of the original owners, so, the condition of the room you can get will be like a lucky draw.....for me, I am kind of okay cos the drain is working, the toilet is just fixed, the slide door to the balcony is not working well, the air con is perfect, the water heater works well, the shower is not very good.....by the way, there is no daily cleaning but there is a hidden charge for 700 baht for my one week stay which someone will knock on your door to be paid in cash. Noise and music from the street can be heard from the room, the wall is a bit thin so you can hear the sound from your neighbor too. Also, it is located on the flight route from the airport, so you can also hear the noise of the air craft. The good side of this place is walking distance to Kad Suan Kaew and Maya lifestyle mall, that is and that's all......if you are going in summer, there is still some good points staying there but if you going in winter, stay in a well equipped guest house in the old city is much worth your money

Rooms are clean and large without inserts. The beds are medium soft with comfortable that every one sleeps good. Location is perfect and near to night market and shopping plazas.

這里是没有服務的普通民宿

1、付款后才發覺每人要付700銖清潔費、如果取消房間预订、便要扣去半租金. 敎訓以後租住前要看清楚一些细少的字和隱藏條文. 2. 入住前雖然付了清潔費给中介、我們入住五天、卻没有任何清潔服务.五天的垃圾堆在一旁、五天都用同一条毛巾、總之無服務. 3. 原來酒店大堂也不是為租客服务、我們入住要先自行電話連络中介、取鎖匙來给我們、而當時我們祇用wifi蛋、根本不可能有电话連络到中介、所以要在大堂借电话、但大堂人員說借電話要收取每分鍾十銖..… 4. 房間图片跟入住房間不一樣、整間屋都塞滿大床、我們不需要這麽多床、他們說也不能換房間. 其實這裡應该是民宿. 5. 煮食地方在露台外、而露台很多时候有鴿子飛来、所以有很多雀屎、到處都很髒、煮好的食品很容易受汚染、非常危險、我們害怕H5N1. 6. 保安極差、地下大堂基本沒有保安員、而樓層大門雖然要電子咭准入、但很多時都沒被關上、如贼人自行配上房間鎖匙、隨時可入屋偷劫、露台門不能關上、露台與露台間很近、容易爬入. 7. 唯一優点就是近MAYA.
