Hotel Keluarga di Chiang Mai

"Ótima localização, limpeza do hostel e infraestrutura! "

"What a gem! Truly one of my all-time favorite stays at this charming, comfortable hotel that is perfectly situated. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed. Loved the room's layout and balcony. Loved the sitting areas in the lobby and courtyard. Loved the breakfast buffet, the meal we had midday, and the endless water/tea/coffee/ice cream available in the lobby. And that pool! How lovely to come back from a hot and humid activity and spend a few hours lazing and lounging by the water....

"Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was included at no extra charge and was excellent. I had a pancake served with fresh fruit and it was delicious and filling. They had a number of choices available all day and even prepared an early take away breakfast for us the day we went out on an early tour. The property met all our needs but could benefit from some routine maintenance to things like bathroom faucet and fixtures and shower door caulking. Great location for sightseeing....

"The location was great and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was convenient and delicious. Loved it!"

"My room was clean and spacious. The hostel is walking distance to lots of restaurants and markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful oasis inside old town. The room was lovely, the pool was refreshing and the staff so very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was great, location is perfect! But i has a big insect... but we are in Thailand!"

"建物がやや古いのは仕方ないですが、掃除はしっかりされていてきれいでした。 エレベーターはありませんがスタッフがスーツケースを3階まで運んでくれました。 どのスタッフもとても親切で対応が非常に良かったです。 朝食はご飯ものが日替わりな以外は毎日同じですが、美味しかったです。 卵料理は注文を聞いてその場で作ってくれます。 Wifiも特に問題なく使えました。"

"They say they take credit cards, but when you show up the security deposit has to be in cash and is $1000 Baht. You can only have one room key and it is needed to turn the electricity on, so if you and your traveling companion have different plans you must coordinate times to get back in. There is only enough parking for one car. This is rated 9.4 on Expedia, one of the highest ratings. It is not one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean."

"Very cute little boutique hotel, clean, has everything you need- they provide disposable slippers and toothbrush/ paste kit. They greet you with an amazing coconut ice cream. But the gem are the owners- Max and Nuna are sooo nice, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right in the center of old town, tons of massage parlors and restaurants around, literally around the corner from Sunday market."

"Quiet facility. The property set back off the Main Street, however, it is yet closed enough to walk to amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Han è una persona fantastica, solare, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Non aspettatevi lusso, è un bed & breakfast, ma ti senti come se fossi a casa tua."

"The staff on reception which is manned 24/7 are really lovely. Helpful, friendly and do a great job looking after the guests. There was maintenance going on in the hotel but was respectectful of times. The garden area was out of use as being renovated but again respectful of times. The rooms are lovely, I had a king size bed in a spacious room which led out to the pool area. Pool is open from 7am-10pm. Nice touch was the products left by sink all wrapped, comb, toothbrush cotton buds, shower...

"素敵な客室。スタッフの対応がとても良い。ロケーションも最高。欠点は浴室の排水が悪いこと。室温の調整が難しい。トイレットペーパーの設置位置が不便。"

"The staff were friendly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The included breakfasts were varied and delicious"
