"Property located within 4 minute walk to train station but was perfectly quiet. Didn’t hear any street noise. Hosts are great communicators and even went over and above helping us with on-line Cinque Terre tickets. They communicated throughout our stay to see how they could help. Bed was very comfortable and super clean"

"Very difficult to reach the rooms- it’s in a residential building, 3rd floor. No one is there to help with luggage which needed to be dragged over several steps then an old elevator. The room was clean. Amenities very basic. Overall not a bad option if you don’t have heavy luggage."

"Amazing breakfast!! There is a free hotel shuttle that takes you from back and forth from Monterosso to the hotel, runs hourly. This is a must because the hotel sits up on the hillside. Spectacular views. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it a practical choice for travelers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the furniture and bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation. One important issue was that the hotel is listed on Expedia as offering laundry facilities, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book it. Unfortunately, we found that this information was inaccurate, as no laundry...

"We had a basic economy room so expectations were not high, but the room was very basic. No fridge/mini-bar, no coffee in room, mattress was bad and pillows terrible. Just a partial ocean view as well. That being said, it was clean and the location was perfect to hit all 5 towns in a day and a half. There was no restaurant and very few choices in town or close by. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. For the price and location I would say it is worth the stay."

"Perfect position overlooking harbour, very helpful staff, always answered when needed. At 67, we probably didn't take in to account the distance from parking to rooms. Downhill was ok, but took its toll on the return journey. All that considered we had a fabulous time."

"The property was amazing and a beautiful location with tons to do around. I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. The property was extremely clean and I slept like a baby would definitely recommend."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."
