"The rooms were ugly! Where as the hotel was beautiful! The front desk staff were snotty and acted like y were doing them a favor checking in. However, all other staff were wonderful. I would stay here again, but upgrade room… alot"

"When we arrived our room was dirty. There were used wine glasses, hair beads and rubber bands, and used water bottles. We called and the staff rectified immediately by moving us rooms. Valet was great and so was Micheal Jordan’s Steakhouse. Our bathroom shower had black mold and the vanity was broken ..."
