I showed up to check in and they didn’t have a room available, was sent over to the Hyatt. Also this area is EXTREMELY loud until the early morning hours. Partying, sirens, loud music… if you want a room where you will get no sleep..this is your place

Well priced for the Chicago area. Room small but designed thoughtfully for efficient storage and comfort. Excellent location and walkability. Grab a Spot Hero at a nearby parking ramp and you’re golden.

It’s a quiet, clean hotel. I did expected the hotel room to be more physically appealing in the rooms. But there was no damage and very clean hotel no odors and bed very comfortable. Bummed out the TV didnt have Netflix, nor I can do iPhone mirror sharing.

The staff was friendly and helpful(10/10). The bed and bedding were comfy enough(8/10). The shower could use more pressure(7/10). We stayed three nights and four days. Our room was only cleaned once during stay. I am used to having it cleaned once a day.
