We had a skyline view suite for 5 nights with an upgrade to the club. Check-in was at 3p but we waited an extra hour and a half due to a leak in our suite. The room was clean but lacking in every way, no coffee cups, glasses, bath mats, bottles of water and the mini bar was empty. It felt like someone forgot to tell them Covid was over. The bedding had a weird stiff feeling. The club was in an entirely different tower so it was a journey to get there. Unfortunately, that was lacking too. The evening snacks consisted of one item and soup, the wine and beer was an extra charge and you had to hunt down someone to get it because it was locked up. This hotel was a huge disappointment from beginning to end. We would definitely not recommend nor revisit.
