Really nice place to stay for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and the rates are very reasonable. Definitely a good option if you're staying in Chickasha, especially for a longer stay. Would recommend

Arrived and reception was locked had to call a number on the door for someone to come assist me to get a room key. Room was shocking, pillows had stains on them, now towels in the bathroom, a/c barely worked. TV doesn't work. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

The king bed was missing. The floor felt like walking on a diving board. There were no linens or pillows. There were roaches in every room which ended up falling in the doorway on the way out very quickly. The parking lot and walkways were full of furniture and trash. The cops stopped me after leaving due to "drug activity". I gave the staff 2 stars because on the refund they only shorted me $20 and I got the rest.😞

I do not understand how this “INN and Suites” is still operating, considering the fact that many violations are being violated. I only lasted 30 minutes within this property and fleed for my life. I really wish I would have get going sooner but unfortunately “management” was taking long to assign my room and key. The horror doesn’t stop here! I made my way to the room and as soon as I opened the door, pure darkness! I tried turning on the lights but they were not functioning; I had to navigate myself through darkness using my iPhone flashlight. I felt like I was touring a haunted house on Halloween horror nights. Dirty bathroom, dirty toilet, dirty sink, the beds were all damaged, dirty, and dusty. This place isn’t even an “INN or Suite”. It is an apartment complex for housing low income people. This is false advertising and they should be taken down! IMMEDIATELY…

The pool wasn't working and it wasn't working when my son stayed during the summer either they need to get that fixed because they are charging for amenities they never have up and going.

We were upgraded because the room we booked wasn't ready so that was nice. Andrea was very friendly and accommodating. We will be using the location as we have family in the area and it is very convenient.

The room was not cleaned they were spraying bug spray spray paint the room smelled of mold the television didnt work they wanted you to put in your own credentials to even watch television the tv in on side wouldnt even work there was no furniture flies all in there not my type of room. We left right after we seen the room and went down the road to super 8 motel which cost me $88. The room at the other place was $73.00 that I believe should of been returned to me cause we didnt stay there at all the room wasnt even ready at 2 and they were still in the room trying to clean it. It was filthy and stink

The mgt and staff are excellent, bed was comfortable.the hotel was built in the 60s and requires renovation. As my father would have put it, this is a working man’s hotel. My xwife would not stay here.

Older hotel. Pool not filled, room run down. But the beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, and the shower warm.

This place should be condemned by the state. The manager was very sweet and friendly. But the place is the most nastiest place I have ever seen. Roaches, filthy, nasty. Floors dirty, holes in walls, caked on filth, toilet that didn’t work,
