No complementary shampoo or soap baths are very small beds are hard uncomfortable. Everything else was fine.

Old and dingy. Found broken meth pipe behind chair. Place has potential but needs lots of work. Staff was great when I told them We will be leaving a day early. Expedia should have done a better job at reviewing.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, literally the only thing that looked like picture was the headboard and the picture above the bed... In real life it is extremely outdated and low budget/no updates. The WiFi, phone, sockets, lamp did not work. The night staff seemed uninterested in helping and was not very friendly. The morning staff was very nice and helpful and resolved the situation so the extra star is for her. Would not stay here again.

We came into town to see our ill family. Member money was tight so we decided to stay there. It was so dirty. We had to mop the floor first which was solid black on the towel so rundown, I would not recommend it to anybody pay the extra money and stay right next-door. Should use some of their corporate money and fix it up very rundown piece of property.

Room price was great. Staff friendly during check-in. This is what got this place 2 stars and not one. Room was large and a bit dated, but not bad. That's all for the good stuff. Bathroom sink was dirty. Had particles that needed to be scrubbed off. Dirty towels hanging behind the door. Floor was filthy. In need of a deep scrubbing. Refrigerator size was nice, but in desperate need of defrost. The morning brought a fun twist as the cockroach scurried across the floor. Desk and nightstand were nit cleaned. Beds were pretty much as expexted. If these basic items were taken care of, this would be an above average economical stay.

Avoid at all cost

I walked on and walked right out. The place was rundown with a homeless man parked in front of one of the rooms. Doors open to rooms near mine. It was so uncomfortable I didn’t even take my stuff out of the car and just left.

Very disappointed

There were people parcked and standing in front of our room I asked front desk to move us and was told they were fully booked. There were dead cockroaches on the floor, toilet was plugged, bathtub knob didn't work, coffee maker and blow dryer didn't work.. I wiped up water off the floor and the rag was brown

Not a good

We didn't end up staying. Rooms were dirty. Black stuff all over the floor, dirt and dust and dead bugs under the tables, mold in the shower.

When I entered the room, the room temperature was stifling,hotter inside that it was outside. Worse than that, the bedding had not been changed and was piled in the middle to the bed.I didnt stay long enough to check if the bathroom had been cleaned. The front desk had no maid service to come clean the room and change the bedding, and no other rooms for me to move to, so I cancelled the reservation and had to find a room at another hotel after driving 3 hours to get there. The pictures online must be from 10 years ago because the property had definitely gone downhill from what was shown online. The young gal at the counter was appologetic, but that didnt resolve the problem,so I left.

Clean, spacious room

The only mark against the stay is not the fault of the property itself; the website claimed that they offer free continental breakfast, but they do not. The manager explained that she had notified the central office many times, but to no avail. Otherwise, the stay was very good. Quiet, clean, spacious room, easy access.

This place was completely unacceptable! The “2 Queen beds” looked like large futons sitting on portable platforms! Futons!!!!! And the room was bare bones and it smelled bad. We didn’t stay. We left the room and since most other hotels were booked, we drove home. This property should not be included in your offerings… I will be more hesitant accepting your opinions of properties in future.
