"The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. "

"The bathroom door was broken and would not close. There were cracks in the walls. It appears that homeless people were given rooms there. One obviously disturbed man was loading himself up with items from the free breakfast area, six eggs, cereals, four or five yogurts, as he carried on an animated conversation with himself."

"This is a very old hotel in Gainesville. It's convenient to the University, local restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fair quality at best, Cracker Barrel is right next door. The staff in the daytime was outstanding, but not so friendly at night. Parking is a challenge with most way off to the side of the property. "

"Well I came there expecting for them to have a Spa. Because they said that had one on their website. Then I called them before I even came to get the prices for the Spa and they said that the person was not there that day. To me to call back. But it was already time for me to go there so I told myself I would see the prices when I get there. So i get there and there is no Spa. I was very upset. Then they said that they had free breakfast in the morning. But there was no actual breakfast. Only...
