"Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...

"Great location for us - a couple of minutes walk to several eating places, small corner shop type mini-market and Piazza Barberini which has a metro stop and e-scooter/bike park; 8-10 minutes to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, 12-15 minutes to the main station, 15 or so to Pathenon and 20 to Piazza Navona and the Colesseum. Some of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. En-suite and TV in the room, plenty of hot water with good water pressure! Everything that we needed - towels/soap/shower...

"Great place to stay! Staff were really friendly and attentive. Room spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Room cleaned every morning. They lay rose petals on the bed as it was our honeymoon and it was my husbands birthday during the stay and we came back to find a hand written note and a bottle of wine. Perfect location. Staff spent time showing us a map, offering locals tips for places to eat, directions and transport. We highly recommend and will definitely go back again"
