The hotel is within easy walking distance with luggage from the Termini train station (around 10 minutes), on a quiet side street. The interiors are clean and modern, with comfortably sized room and clean bathrooms. A very convenient and comfortable one-night stay.

This is a super nice newly renovated hotel in central Rome with large rooms, marble bathrooms, and very cold AC after a day in the hot sun. Great staff is friendly and super helpful. There is a grocery market next door, and several good restaurants.

The rooms are very nice. However basic amenities in the room such as a soap dish, shower cap, cotton wool etc were not available. The gym was not open and nor was there a restaurant on site. Breakfast was very basic. I think this was all because the hotel has only just reopened from a major refurbishment.

Practically brand-new, beautifully decorated hotel in a highly convenient location- yet still very quiet at night Rooms: Spotless with very comfortable beds. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family with young kids, and the pristine bathroom featured a bidet and a bathtub! Service & Amenities: Fantastic staff. Loved the great breakfast variety and the welcome drink coupons. Atmosphere: The lobby and the bar area were chic, cool, and very welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Throughout my life I have stayed in various pensiones in Italy. I decided to stay at the Aria for various reasons and I I was extremely impressed by the staff's kindness, helpfulness , and problem solving, we had a small electrical issue and the staff did a phenomenal job attending to it. This is important because in past hotels and pensiones, staff would tell me to wait and wait and the issue would not be fixed for days. Instead, the issues was solved in less than 20 mins and with genuine helpfulness. The rooms were super clean, spacious for my husband, our 18 yr old daughter, and myself. The bathroom was luxurious and elegant and well appropriated. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from thr Termini train station, and 1 blk from the Linea A Metro, Reppublica station, which is the one you want to take to Pzza di Spagna or del Popolo, Ottaviano for the St PetersBasilica. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The location is excellent—it is very close to the train terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room itself is brand new and clean, with impressively high ceilings that make the space feel wide and open. One small drawback is that the wooden floors tend to make hair and dust quite visible. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop is still under construction and the 5th-floor restaurant is not open yet. However, the breakfast was satisfying, and the front desk staff provided great service throughout our stay. I would love to visit again once the rooftop is fully open!

The facilities are new, the guest rooms are kept very clean, and the shower comfort was great with sufficient water temperature and pressure.　However, the sound of doors closing is extremely loud. Also, the walls seem quite thin; I could hear people talking and partying loudly in the room next to mine until well past midnight, which kept me from sleeping.　As for the staff, the housekeeping team is very friendly and kind, but the quality of the front desk staff depends entirely on who you get. I chose this hotel because it had excellent ratings, but I did not feel it lived up to the hype. Actually now is my second stay here, but honestly, the front desk service feels like a 3-star hotel standard. Since I had left my luggage with them from my previous stay, I asked if I could open it briefly. The staff member gave me a very annoyed look. There were many other large bags lined up directly in front of mine in the luggage storage area, but I was told to handle it myself. I had to move all those heavy bags out of the way on my own to get to my luggage, while the front desk staff just stood there and watched. If guests are expected to do it themselves, the staff should at least inform them in advance. I was originally planning to extend my stay for another two nights, but now I am hesitant.

This hotel is located 150m to a train stop which is 1 stop away from the main train terminal station which allowed us to navigate the city and visit the historical sites easily. The hotel and our pleasantly cooled AC equipped, quiet room was very clean with many included essentials, excellent in room coffee and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection of hot and cold food was beyond our expectations. Will stay here again when we visit Rome in the future. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of commission during our stay.
