"Great staff, Yasmin was great, cleanest room ever, great amenities, great environment, excellent customer service, we said hotel/apartment WiFi was slow next day they came and. Fixed it because it was late at night. They were excellent 10/10 really recommend for first timers in Rome the gate to the entrance looks odd but once you go inside and climb the stairs/ pathway to LF Borgo it’s splendid and has beautiful rooms inside. 100/100"

"The property was very clean in general except the shower didn’t drain properly. Self entrance with the code worked with no issues. "We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. "I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....
