"Excellent location from which to explore Eternal city. Piazza quite noisy at night. Room spacious but bathroom small. Shower rain head worked poorly and handheld wand was low pressure. Sink level needs adjustment, leaked water and had small ledge. Staff were very friendly, pleasant accommodating. Only provided one key which was inconvenient. AC worked well. Included breakfast was good for small hotel. Value was fair. Would ask for pictures of bathrooom and choose specific room if available. "
