They are very communicative and very accomodating. The place is HUGE and clean. Everything is seriously walkable. we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and appreciate how close we were to restaurants and even to Pantheon. Only thing we learned while there was, whenever we call for a Taxi, they keep missing us or they dont go directly infront of the hotel, so we had to call a new ones or we have to walk to bigger space for a pick up. But other than that, wifi is a little bit slow or keeps going in and out, but everything else is AMAZING. will definitely recommend to others.

We stayed at this lovely apartment at the end of October 2025 and really appreciated the central location. We didn’t have to use trains or buses. We were able to walk everywhere. But what really stood out was how clean and roomy the apartment was. Appreciated the washer as well! The staff was very friendly and easy to work with which was great as it was our first time in Rome. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes at night, you could hear somebody come in the building but it quieted down early. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Expedia displayed a mixture of photographs for various apartments. I booked, mistakenly believing our apartment had a balcony plus view of the church. The balcony was on room 1; church view room 12 and our balcony room 7! lol The provider did not notify us that keys are collected from the nearby baggage storage place. Luckily, we met the laundry lad at the front door and he told us! We were kindly given a late check-out of 12:00. I reported some faults directly, to be helpful to the provider. The left luggage “reception” kindly stored our bags for free for 2-hours on arrival plus 1:40 on departure, which was much appreciated. They sometimes allow a slightly early check-in - but sadly not for us. We had no communication to explain how or where to collect the keys - so ensure you have that information prior to arrival - basics, really! lol Otherwise, Rome is beautiful, brilliant, breathtaking full of friendly helpful people and a great vibe - if not quick to toot! lol!

The place is in the perfect location within walking distance to every major monument. The street is quiet but 30 seconds away from restos and bars. A safe area for female travellers! It was very spacious and felt like our own little home.

Nice location but...

This apartment is at a very nice location and very close to all you need .Few minutes away from Rialto bridge and all prime attractions! They have strict check-in policy and we had to wait for about 3 hours since they were not able to honor our request of early check-in. Despite waiting, the apartment was not cleaned by the check-in time and had to wait further - Hence the reduced rating.

Location is convenient to walk to many of the main tourist sites. We expected everything else about this property to be much better than it actually was, as we did our homework and read many reviews. In fact, we had a bad experience; upon arrival, we noted three area's of pooled water, two in the living room, and one coming from the bidet. We immediatley reported the problem. We were told they would inform someone. Someone messaged me and said it was not a big deal and the water was just due to heavy rain. They told us to use our towels to clean up the mess and they would provide others and have a plumber come out. We sopped up as much water as we could in the bathroom using the limited amount of towels provided. The next morning we shared the one clean towel we had for our shower. A plumber eventually showed up and turned off the water line to the bidet stating that he ordered a part but it would not be repaired during our stay. We had four saturated towels from the bidet that had a septic oder, we placed them in a mop bucket; I messaged the contact person two more times during our stay and asked if they could be removed from the apartment as they stunk, no one replied and they were still smelling up the place when we left. When we arrived back home I requested a refund for our first night stay due to the issues we encountered, it was declined.

Fantastic location. Spacious apartment. Lovely condition and great communication and help from the reception staff. Only issue was noise from the apartment above.

Great big apartment with comfortable space for family of four with grown kids. AC works great. There is a stair with about 10 steps up to the first apartment for those may have issue climbing with your luggages. Lots of restaurants near by with inexpensive options. Checkin is with Stow Your Bag company just in case you arrived before your checkin time. Easy 1 minute walk from there to apartment. Taxi stand is a few minutes a way if you elect not to walk like us (it was 95deg when we were there). We would recommend to friends and family.

Could be amazing

Perfect location with so much potential to be absolutely amazing. Postives are that everything is walkable and close to bars, restaurants, buses and trams. Apartment is clean and modern with AC, Kitchen, TV and sofa with a huge and modern bathroom. Negatives: A couple that stop this being a 5 star review would be that the Queen sized bed has a hard matress with terrible pillows. Was really tough to sleep for the 5 nights that we stayed. Also, they left just two toilet rolls and no kitchen towels or cleaning products for guests to clean up every day. Such a small touch would make a huge difference. Finally, we were woken two mornings by jack hammering being carried out in the building. It would have been nice if we had been told in advance about this as you could not stay in the apartment after 8.15am due to the noise of the building work. Summary would be that its OK for a short stay due to the fabulous location but with a few added touches could be amazing

What a great find and very family friendly. Easy to walk to local restaurants and to all the local attractions you come to see in Rome. Would highly recommend this place.

Accueil à l arrivee tres sommaire avec tres peu d explications (nous avons trouvé un classeur après mais personne ne nous a indiqué..) J ai signalé lavabo salle de bains bouché et cafetière en panne mais aucune réponse ... Attention chambre sans fenêtre située dans entŕée et intérieur immeuble bruyant pas isolé (emporter bouchons d oreilles) Appartement grand et tres bien situé quartier campo di fiori â coté tres sympa et on peut tout visiter à pied

Wonderful location, charming apartment.

The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside. Also internet was out a whole day. They said due to street work but no communication and no response for a day when I emailed. There were small issues with the apartment (light bulb out in bathroom), TV doesn’t work well) and as I mentioned, no great way to communicate if anything needed unlike the apartment we stayed in Naples.

Loved the apartment. The only thing I didn't like is that there was only one dish towel and no paper towels; we had one roll of toilet paper for the bathroom for a week, one trash bag, and no dish soap or laundry soap. When I asked for these basic items (which are usually purchased in bulk so buying them for a short stay doesn't make sense, therefore, they are usually included in reasonable amounts) - I was told the apartment was self-catering. We bought these items and left them for the next person. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely and well-appointed for cooking and perfectly located. Everything else was perfect, and I hope to stay again.

The apartment was simple and straighforward but perfect for our stay with family of 4. Two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and walking distance from everything you need. We did notice an odour from one of the bathroom pipes when we first arrived- not uncommon for an old European building- we just aired it out and all was good. Responsive and easy check in and out was also very positive.
