"Great staff at Hu, stayed at 5 different Hu campsites since 2023! About Hu camping-in town-smaller site, narrow paths, not enough parking space with bungalows tightly packed. The pool area is always very crowdy and the water in the whirpool is lukewarm. Sunbeds are taken as soon as the pool opens at 10am, it’s a good value for the less expensive stay near FCO and close to turist attractions in Rome, still don’t expect much more onsite. "Martina made our check in so smooth and gave us so many ideas for local places to eat and even a rooftop bar. The place is perfectly located across from the Lepanto Metro station so you could hop on and take the Orange line to Spagna or Termini (you can switch at Termini to the Blue line to get to the Colosseo)… you can easily walk from Casa 901 to the Vatican. It was great. Water was hot, good water pressure with the hand held shower head. It was clean, but no frills and small… that was perfect...

"The check-in process was terrible. The rep was rude. Unfortunately, she started our trip off with a bad experience. She was late giving access which was supposed to begin at 2pm by almost 25 minutes and did not apologize. However, the hospitality staff was great! They were attentive on a daily basis.
