"The air conditioner keeps having dripping issues, which is annoying at night. The dripping noise makes it hard to sleep. Another thing is the water pressure in the bathroom/toilet - the water pressure is very low, and the design of the toilet is bad. Basically, waste cannot be flushed away easily, and sometimes you have to manually use the brush to clear/push it. I reported both the AC and toilet issues to the staff, technician came but neither was fixed."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have been traveling for more than 50 years. The first room we were assigned was an outdated, non-renovated room with two twin beds. The mattresses were extremely thin, and you could feel the springs through your back. The room was tiny, uncomfortable, and completely inadequate for a pleasant stay. The overall condition of the property was disappointing, and it did not come close to the standard advertised. In my opinion, this hotel...

"We stayed one night after our cruise. We were able to check in about an hour before the normal check in time. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We did miss not having wash clothes in the bathroom. The music being blasted at the pool bar (rap type of music) needs to be turned down. It was very hard to sit in the area and read. We didn't eat at the hotel other than a cup of coffee in the morning. The shuttle service to the airport for a small fee was on time."
