"Centrally located, easy to get a taxi. Close to station and metro. Rooms a good size. Hotel was on main street so noise from road and restaurants and pubs were loud along with noise from corridor. Bathroom well appointed but tub shower combo with taps in the way are not ideal especially in slippery bath that took ages to drain and the tiled floor that was slippery when wet They need to upgrade their mattress's they had dips in them and you just sank into them and hard as concrete. We had breakfast included and only once was any of it warm, nothing worse than cold bacon and scrambled eggs. The hotel is nicely decorated as it is old, but the rooms need updating along with the need to charge electronics, only 1 usb port and that stopped working after a day. The hilight were the finches in the garden watching them cleaning up after breakfast, they obviously don't mind cold food."

"Clean comfortable room, great staff. The proximity to the airport is very helpful and the walk to the terminal takes about 15 minutes. There is a hotel shuttle for those who prefer it. The restaurant had wonderful choices at reasonable prices. The service was good but dinner time is busy, loud and hectic. The check in took a long time and since we arrived at 1pm, we had to return to a very long line to check in at 2pm. The room number had not been assigned even though all our information had been captured upon our arrival. We would stay again on future trips."

"This Hotel was exceptional for its cleanliness and quality of service. The breakfast which was included was excellent and everything about staying here is peaceful and quiet. It may be away from the central location of Rome but they offered courtesy free shuttle to the Metro, where you can launch on city adventures. Overall our stay at this Hotel was truly spectacular."

"We stayed in the suite with the City View. It was beautiful. The views were amazing the room was perfect I have absolutely no complaints. Staff were very friendly and I especially loved how close it was to the train station and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again. Don't listen to the people who gave one star I read a bunch of those and was discouraged when we got to the property I realized they were just a bunch of complaining Karen's. Everything was perfect"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast had lots of options, and overall was delicious. My only complaint would be with the coffee. I ordered an americano and the brought a big pot full of coffee. It was weak and didn’t have the same bite (it might be better to just make a cup). The location was ideal for being in the heart of things. With a stocked fridge which was all complimentary, including a little bottle of prosecco!"
