Very close to the Metro, and right next door to a supermarket which was very helpful for the hot summer days. Walking distance from all major landmarks as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable, great for the price!

The staff was nice, and the room was as advertised, but I wasn’t shown where the laundry was or the blankets were, and there was no river view as advertised. The staff and location were pretty great though!

The staff were fantastic for customer service, however didn't receive Expedia VIP rewards. Room was decent for the price, but not as close to Prati amenities or any other tourist attractions. Room was as described, but being an older building close to Tiber River, there was a musty smell to the room. Windows open to help with that, and was a must. Overall I'd say good stay.

All around Amazing

This place was beyond out expectations! The room was beyond spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to all major activities within Venice. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a great time at the bar located within our hotel. The bar hostess (Umair) was excellent in keeping us entertained. All around good times indeed.

The room was in a great place. Though located next to major road which was loud in the morning. We had to wait to be let in into the room and was very confusing the whole check in. I would message them on WhatsApp before you come to get it stored. Located next to train station so in great location.

George, the staff member who greeted us, was informative and helpful. We found the location to be lacking. The streets around it were not well lit, dirty, and the location was too far from places to eat or shop. The only thing we found convenient was the market which was limited. We never found laundry services and the elevator worked for one floor only. Thank goodness George helped us with the luggage. He was so nice. The room was clean and Ricardo asked us about our needs for towels. George called a taxi for us. Overall the room was nice but the location was awful. It cost us a lot for taxis and we did a lot of walking. I would rate the service and room as a 5 out of 10 stars and the location a 2 out of 10 stars. We did not get shuttle service like we thought which was listed as an available amenity. The elevator is limited. The location was just not good. Thank goodness for George! Breakfast because of timing (opened at 8) only worked for us one day and we had to rush. Most activities started or we had to leave earlier and missed it although it was included. It is our least favorite place during our 3 week vacation. A plus - the room was extremely clean and updated.

バス停と地下鉄の駅まで5分ぐらいです。 隣にスーパーがあります。 周りは裁判所など公的機関があり、周辺の住宅も高級な住宅地にみえました。 アクセスの良さはオススメです。バチカンまで歩いても20分ぐらいです。 ただし、最寄りの地下鉄駅に地上までのエスカレーターやエレベーターはありませんのでスーツケースの方はバスがタクシーをオススメします。 スタッフは皆さん良い方でした。 建物の施錠、ゲストハウスに入るための施錠、部屋の施錠が必要ですがスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくれます。 朝ごはんもパンとチーズとハム程度ですが助かりました。 （美味しい朝食を希望でしたらすぐ近くにBarがありますので買えますから安心してください） 注意点は以下の通り 洗濯機はあるとエクスペディアには表記がありましたが施設内にありません。 エレベーターはありますがエレベーターに乗るまでに10段ほどの階段を登らなければなりません。 スーパー横にあって便利なんですけどこの2点気をつけて下さい。
天井が高くて静かでした。隣の部屋の物音はまあまあ聞こえます。
ベランダありますが特に使いませんでした。

Está muy cerca de Piazza del Popolo, así como del Vaticano. El lugar es más residencial, no hay mucha vida nocturna y está un poco solo, pero todo muy bien, es seguro y tranquilo. La atención es buena.
