"The room was maybe smaller than expected but comfortable and we didnt really spend much time in it! Was in an excellent location. Only issue was the noise. Our room overlooked a courtyard and we experienced noise late at night and early morning from people emptying bins. The room had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful "

They have a few rooms in the building that’s listed and another property just around the corner which is where we stayed but I preferred this one better. "Location was key for us. Very short walks to major sites of interest. However, Monica was exceptional! She helped us with our luggage, climbing one flight of stairs, providing detailed sight seeing, restaurants and taxi service assistance. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The room is fairly small and kept nicely. A quaint Breakfast provided was much appreciated. We would stay here again for sure. "

Convenient location. If you need quiet accommodations this is not the place for you however it was nice and in a great location. "

"It is a good place to stay, the staff is very friendly. It is very close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, it is also close to many good places for lunch and dinner. Overall it is a very good place to stay. Perhaps one point that would improve the pre-arrival experience, send a more detailed explanation of how to access the building and what to do once you enter, Airbnb style. Even if you call the number indicated in the message you get the directions, but having it written prior to arrival...

"Very comfortable room and felt secure. Hotel was quiet. Contactless check in was slightly confusing but worked well enough and was decently secure but relies on other people to close doors behind them and to take the appropriate key for their room. Shower was great! Room had lots of amenities/snacks/drinks which was very nice. "

"Loved the Relais Orso! Can’t have a more perfect location if you want to just walk to everything. Only 5-10 min walk at most to each of the Vatican, Castel Samtangelo, pantheon, trevi fountain, Spanish steps. I thought the colosseum was going to be too far for a walk but in fact, only took me 15 min at only a slight brisk pace. From there, the Roman Forum is on the way back to the hotel so makes for a great single day outing. Staff was excellent. Location is quiet and very close to a million...
