"This hotel is about 15 minutes from the old town. You will need to be fit to walk to restaurants and the historical sites nearby. However the views from the bedroom has to be seen to believe! Location could be better but on the whole very nice stay."

"The hotel is a jewel, just steps from Piazza Vanucci. There are two terrasses on upper floors, as well as a beautiful lounge where you can relax and read. The staff was very helpful, from recommending restaurants to arranging taxi service back to the parking garage at the end of our stay. The hotel is inside the walls of the historic centre and within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. However, parking inside the centre is reserved for local residents...

"Delightful and comfortable stay right outside Perugia. Breakfast is fantastic (owner bakes the tarts and charcuterie from grandpa). Absolutely recommend!"

"We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The location is great: just a minute’s walk from the bus terminal (perfect for our day trip to Assisi) and easy escalator access to the city center. Rooms were spacious for a European hotel, and the modern facilities are well-maintained. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Note that the gym and pool require an extra fee - I didn’t have time to use them anyway, but it was a bit surprising. "

"Reconozco que dudé al reservar en el Chocohotel por pensar que era una "tourist trap". Todo lo contrario. La temática de chocolate es genial. TODO tiene que ver con el chocolate, sin ser incómodo. Excelente atención del personal, habitación limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno el la Isola dei Golosi es una pasada de chocolate: jarabes, panes, cereales, fuentes, galletas... el concepto de "demasiado" chocolate, no existe."

"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

"Quarto grande, cama muito confortável ! Banheiro grande . Lugar bonito , mas tem que estar de carro pois fica fora da cidade em região meio rural. Só que se vc for explorar a Umbria , vai precisar de um carro ."
