"Here’s a cleaner, balanced version that keeps your point without sounding like a rant: The staff here have been great. I’ve stayed a total of 8 weeks across 3 separate reservations, so I feel like I’ve gotten a pretty good sense of the property. Is it a 5-star hotel? No. But it’s about what you’d expect for the price point. Many residents appear to be long-term guests, and you’ll see things like kids catching the school bus from the parking lot. My biggest frustration is that during my entire stay, the room has never been cleaned. Guests are expected to wash their own towels and bedding, which would be less of an issue if the laundry facilities were fully functional. Unfortunately, more than half of the dryers have been out of service since I arrived in April, and with only four washers available, laundry can become a challenge—especially when machines sit occupied with unattended loads. The most significant issue, however, is the persistent marijuana odor throughout the building. It can be smelled regularly during the day and night. There are no-smoking signs posted throughout the property, but that policy doesn’t seem to be consistently enforced. Overall, the people are friendly and the price is reasonable, but there are definitely opportunities to improve the guest experience."

"We stayed here for two nights. Inside the lobby was hot and there was a bad odor in the halls. The carpet in the room was stained and nasty. The TV was in a precarious position, and you had to turn to the right and maneuver the TV so that you might view it and this was uncomfortable. The recliner had a hole in the armrest and was not clean. The kitchenette was not clean, coffee maker was nasty and the floor was sticky. I wanted to use the refrigerator only to find that it would not keep anything cool. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not functional. The bathroom and shower are separate from the vanity/sink, and you must brush your teeth outside of the bathroom as well as wash your hands outside of the bathroom. The ice maker on the 1st floor was awful, and water was everywhere along with filth. Although they don’t change the bed daily, there was a problem getting clean towels and wash clothes. What is the consumer paying for? Don’t think I will stay here again."

"Food behind one bed and some type of medicine pill behind the other bed. You can tell they dont pull the bed away from the wall often to clean. Bed isn't connected to the wall either so its easy to pull away from wall to clean if they chose to do so."

"Everything about this hotel was great. Beautifully manicured property and even a lower deck area right on the river edge. Very clean, staff was very, very friendly and helpful and pool was nice. Everything was well maintained. Definitely will stay here again. Continental breakfast is just cereal, bagel, roll, fruit but considering the cost of the room, it was fine with us. Highly recommend."
