We arrived after driving 16 hours straight. The lobby door was locked with a sign telling us there were no vacancies even though we had a prepaid reservation. There were 2 additional guest standing outside the door who also had reservations but no rooms available. As a result we continued our drive on to the next town to get a room.

DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL THAT SAYS OYÓ it’s a scam apart from that i rung the bell at least 30 times and no attendant showed up. Terrible service and I’m trying to get my money back they didn’t even give me a room I had to sleep in my truck.

I never checked in at the hotel the door was locked and a note on the door it says if you made a reservation with OYO hotel better call this number to get your money back. I lost money over 400 dollars.

Property is closed (new owner) and should not be listed anywhere. I booked and paid 100% on Expedia. Got to hotel, office was under construction and had to find the temp office out back with a note on the door with a number to call. Guy was nice and informed me property had new owners. Now I'm waiting on Expedia to work out refund after I drove another hour to another hotel.

I sent a message 2 times to the property to let them know that I will be checking in late night . they responded with an automated response. When I got there, tired after been driving for several hours and expecting to get a clean room to sleep in… NOBODY respond the bell, neither the phone hanging in one window outside of the building to ask for help with the check in process. O wait there for over 40 minutes before called Expedía to ask them for help.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, this is an older property so don’t expect high class anything but it was completely fine for our one night. I have to be in Vernon alot in the next few months so I will be staying here again , the price was perfect.

Was told we had a nonsmoking room. Room had heavy smoke smell. Office hung up on us after calling with this issue. Hairs in bathroom. Dead roach by the bed. Toothpaste all over mirror and faucet. Chair horrible stains. Microwave had stuck on food and was filthy inside and out. Fire hazard with all the cords in outlet. I have pictures!!!
So many stains. Belongs in the trash

The room was mediocrely cleaned with mold stains in the bathroom just painted over. The room was noisy due to the interstate. Also, the breakfast was basically not existent. A few slices of toast and mini muffins, but no coffee.
