"I was super grateful for the very early check-in. Parking was free and easy. Location is fine but exterior of property is definitely lacking visually. One elevator out of commission and the other very badly worn signage. Push a button. See what happens. Room was a great size. Very comfy and clean bed. No air conditioning. Hadn’t been turned on yet. Room was hot even with the window open. Food left in mini fridge and garbages from previous occupant. Ceiling collapsing in bathroom. Shower head fixture not properly secured. Toothpaste left in sink from previous occupant. Another business needs to take this over and make it into a boutique hotel. Cover the inner courtyard to capitalize on the pool year round. It makes no sense for Rochester to have outside pools for 2 months out of the year given the weather patterns."

"Jacuzzi impossibly slow, low, flow to fill, Massive plumbing problems - water on floor inside the bathroom and the main room night before seemed to be from getting in out of Jacuzzi. But next day seems to be coming from a persistent drip in wall and possibly from under the floor of bathroom. All water off but continuous dripping sound all night. Shower fixtures rock back and forth 2-3 inches when you touch the fixture to turn it on. wall around pipes cracked. Wall & paint around bathroom chipped and had obvious water damage. Water pressure low in actual shower. REALLY Cheap toilet paper. Thin walls, loud neighbor, Scratchy sheet,No chair for desk. Red smear on curtain and rust or something red on lamp base. Exterior side door had a broken button that needed to be pushed to open the door to go out. No one was at the front desk when we went to check out early - before 7 am. sign said be back in a few minutes, I waited at least 15 min. no one showed up. Other guest was also waiting. Checkout key return is an open bowl and anyone could grab a key. Expedia said included breakfast but check-in clerk said we had to go to hotel down the street and show our key but sign said no breakfast. Highly disappointed. Expedia refunded only our unstayed nights. Still waiting to hear if Super 8 will refund the night we stayed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in after traveling ALL day from CA, we would have immediately left before discovering the water and plumbing issues."

"The room was what it said it was except for the king size bed was so close to the mini fridge you could not completely open the fridge. The view next door was of the construction of the restaurant that was torn down. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable. We were sad they no longer provided breakfast."

"I usually stay with a different hotel chain, but this was much cheaper so we booked it. I did not have high expectations. The place was clean, friendly and on par with everyone else. I would stay here again. We used the shuttle to and from the airport and that went flawless. There are jets going over. They are low enough that the pressure wave moves the curtains slighty. . Pretty funky but I did planes so I slept just fine."
