"While the room was clean and newly renovated, the towels were ragged and cheap looking. We had one bar of soap and one lotion, had to ask for more, and the air conditioning was terrible. It would switch off during the night and the room would get hot and humid. We would need to wake up several times to constantly adjust the temperature. The reception staff was nice and helpful, and the overall stay was good as it was close to the subway and walking distance to all of the museums and main...

"They charge $70 a day to park and then overcharged me $92 a night for amenities that we didn’t use and then charged me $28 for a purchase at the market that I already paid for with my credit card. Total rip off. I would never stay here again. Now I have to report to corporate and file a claim with my bank"
