"The hotel was under construction, the room was not clean, the elavator did strange this we started using the step. "

"Hot tub looked dirty with way too much foam. Mattresses were very soft in the middle which felt like I fell into it."

"This property was nice, but not easily accessible for handicapped travelers. Unfortunately the property wasn’t very quiet. You could hear other patrons throughout the halls and that made it difficult to get a solid nights sleep. "

"We were greeted by the friednliest, most accomodating staff & checking in was as easy as could be. The room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying & had something for everyone & then some! It's a place that you can feel at home but also like the guest of honor. Highly recommended for singles, couples or the whole familu. Not a decision you'll regret!"

"We stay there regularly and it’s great. This time they gave away the KING HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE I had reserved. I’m on crutches so it wasn’t ok. Then, there was an evacuation for fire on Easter morning- not convenient. "

"Clean room staff were nice plenty of parking when I was there. Hard to get out of property but that is traffic related."

"Had a great experience , besides other guest - kids banging on the door knocking and ditching . Tv was not able to connect to Netflix or YouTube recommend brining Roku tv of fire tv stick with you. Room was amazing and the pool was too . Jacuzzi was closed when we went but overall a great experience , I will be back soon ! "

"I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. Some newer light fixtures but the room felt dated and all the brown carpet needs to be replaced. The TV was small and one tv had some stations the other didn’t. Room...

"Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds."
