"Shower handle was broken and would fall off when you tried to change the water temperature. They required $30 cash deposit or an ID. I had to leave my passport with them at the front desk in a drawer that wasn’t even locked, that made me extremely uncomfortable. No towels to dry your hands on or your feet after you get out of the shower. I would not stay there again."

"This was my second stay at Yellow House Hostel, and once again it was excellent. The staff remembered me, were genuinely helpful, and made the stay easy. Breakfast is outstanding—fresh, buffet-style, with plenty of variety. The location is ideal for exploring historic Antigua, with Central Park, the cathedral, Santa Catalina Arch, churches, restaurants, cafés, and shops all within walking distance. Why is this up for rent? Who is responsible? Who will reimburse my money? Anyway what a disgrace! "

"Perfect for a couple nights. Quiet even on new years eve and great location which was great since we had 2 kids 3 and 6. We had a small miscommunication over amenities and they quickly fixed it. Jose that helps run the hostel is very polite and attentive! "
