"The property was infested with cockroaches. As we entered the property, we saw at least 4 big roaches outside the front door. I found a roach crawling on my belongings in my room. Apart from that, the hotel is located down a narrow, dark alleyway that felt very unsafe going down in the night. Cars cannot access this place and the location is unsafe. "The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!"
