"This room #12 had a small ceiling fan (4 2-foot paddles) with broken up/down air direction switch. It would only push air up at ceiling. Room (,next yo laundry room dryers) stayed at constant 86 F or 49 C temperature. Very uncomfortable. Management offered a small floor fan with extension so it could be placed at the open door to pull in cooler outside air. Another odd thing was with toilet next to sink, when toilet was flushed and sink drain was open, loud air noise with sewer smell camevl up...

"Sehr zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Antigua, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist allerdings etwas veraltet und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, daher ist es im Zimmer sehr warm. "

"Excelent room, very affordable, we were 5, and stayed in a nice room with 3 matrimonial beds, and a private room, the staff is amazing, very walkeable to any destination in Antigua, the hotel has its own restaurant and has a nice spot to chill out in hammocks, the only thing is that it is a bit hot inside the room since the windows are sealed, but the staff gave us fans and it was okay!, would come back again, great view to the Volcan de Agua!!!!"

"The place is very nice, close to everything. The staff was beyond helpful. The breakfast was yummy, I had the Guatemalan one. The coolest this was how helpful they were. Even though I had checked out They held onto my luggage in a save place so I didn't have to haul them everywhere. I was able to fo shopping then come back on the evening wait for my transportation for a few hours in the lobby. I will return. Thank you staff!"
