"The Chalet I chose was either AI or misleading. It looked like a really nice upgraded chalet the one that we stayed in the walls needed painted. Some of the walls were dirty and it just wasn’t upgraded at all. The only upgraded part was maybe newer carpet so it was really misleading online compared to what you actually got. Right behind the chalet near the parking there was a garbage can with a lot of garbage laying around. I even saw an employee drive right by it in a golf cart made no effort to clean it up but it’s not a good image having garbage like that laying around the property. All in all the accommodations was comfortable, but they can do a little better at upgrading and keeping the property a little cleaner. I know they have been upgrading a lot of rooms over the last year so maybe it’s in the works."

"Half the mattress sunken, key didn’t work every time, tv not working despite repeat requests to fix, phone in room doesn’t work, staff not helpful in assisting with taxi or info about public transport. Terrible terrible terrible and for the price??! "

"We stayed in the annex which was convenient to back parking lot. The place was adorable…shower and bedding incredible and best of all the location right downtown can’t be beat. Wonderful stay."
