"AC , location and front desk staff. I didn't like that I'm not getting any IHG points because they haven't finalized the transition from Lake Norman Inn to Garner. You hear more noise from the housekeeping staff than noise from the street and outdoors. Wish they extended breakfast to 10 am during weekends."

"This has become one of my go to hotels whenever I come to Charlotte. This trip though was a slight disappointing. I checked in late (like after midnight late), so I know at that point it’s a crapshoot on rooms. My room was on the first floor, right by an exit door, and there were guys outside that door smoking. I get inside my room and yup..smells like smoke. And also the TV reception? Every channel was full of static."
