Nice place to stay just 15 min from downtown Charlotte. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained with plenty of parking spots. The Hilton club serves great food and drink and has a very nice view of the outside.

I've stayed there many times when visiting Charlotte. It's conveniently located. Very close to the university, shopping, food and dining. Not too thrilled about being charged for parking.

Only complaint is having to pay for parking daily when the lodging cost is already high. The location is wonderful. You can walk to restaurants and some shopping. It is also very convenient to UNCC campus.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip . The A/C did not work appropriately and the room had a bit of a mildew smell. The bathroom also could have been cleaned a little better. But overall the staff was really kind and the hotel is located in the perfect location to dining options and getting around the city.

Hilton Charlotte University Place was up to Hilton standards. For business travel I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree for approximately 1.5 months this summer and am currently for business travel staying at Homes2 Suites Atlanta Marietta for approximately 1.5 months. Hilton Charlotte University Place and Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree are both up to Hilton standards and a joy to stay with a feeling of being pampered. Fluffy pillows, plush beds, great housekeeping staff willing to do daily service if requested, great breakfast and recognition for Diamond members.
