"The front desk for 5 minutes was not available, but did get us checked in smoothly.
The room was spacious and clean with small kitchen area.
It included a Roku TV.
The bathroom has sink outside of the toilet and shower area (no bathtub)
The cleanliness in the shower area concerned me due the rust in the shower.
The hotel is very quiet."

"The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. "Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.

"The location was great. Easy to use the 500 bus to get to the airport. The breakfast was good and the omelette was made for you . The hotel room was clean . The gym was clean had lots of good cardio machines and did have dumbbells and a cable machine but did lack the standard weights machines. The pool was lovely. Would have been nice to have been able to swim before 9am after the gym but it was well maintained ."
