"Horrible place to stay, it felt like a complete scam. The apartment is nothing like the luxury apartment shown in the pictures. The actual place was ugly, dirty, and extremely complicated to access. You have to walk through a dark, rocky backyard just to find the entrance.
I reserved the place for four nights, but I could only stay for one because I was so uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. The bed was also in terrible condition, with the springs practically sticking out.

"I feel compelled to warn others. Our stay was ruined by construction noise starting at 8 AM. However, the worst part was the management's refusal to help after we left my son's refrigerated medication behind. Even though I offered to pay for everything to have it sent to Rome, they were completely unhelpful. For a daily, injectable medicine, you would expect at least some effort or compassion. They simply didn't care."
