We had a very pleasant stay at Chincoteague Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the housekeeping staff.
The cleaning staff member who took care of our room was wonderful. She was always smiling, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really made a difference in our stay.
We especially appreciated her kindness after my child accidentally left some belongings behind. She took the time to call us and let us know, which showed great care and honesty. When my child returned to pick up the items, she was thoughtful enough to offer him a bottle of water. It was such a small gesture, but it showed genuine kindness and hospitality.
